about WinonaI joined the Harris Lieberman team in late 2022
I head up Harris Lieberman Solicitors Estate Planning department and I am currently undertaking my Masters in Applied Law majoring in Estates.
In addition to my estate planning work, I will continue to assist clients with their Victorian Personal Injury claims.
I regularly assist clients in implementing complex estate planning to protect their assets and minimise tax, including setting up family trusts, testamentary trusts, and farm succession planning as well as estate litigation in both New South Wales and Victoria. I have a steady client base of acting for both Plaintiff’s and the Estate in claims for further provision from a deceased estate and I also appear in the Supreme Court for my personal injury role. Due to my varied workload, I am adequately skilled to act in litigation matters in all of the Victorian Courts and Tribunals.
I commenced my legal career direct from high school. I worked as a paralegal whilst studying my law degree at Deakin University and I believe my legal administrative experience has assisted me in becoming a well-rounded lawyer. I am currently undertaking my Masters of Law.
My Professional Memberships include, Admission to the Supreme Court of NSW (2020), Vice President of the Albury and District Law Society , NSW Law Society member, Australian Lawyers Alliance member, Exam/Assessment question writer for Australian Law Students Association (ALSA)
As a born and bred local, I am passionate about local community and I have regularly utilised my legal skills to assist the community on a pro bono basis including undertaking estate planning work for the Cancer Council and Aboriginal Health Service.
