About Alison
Alison is the Practice Lead at Harris Lieberman Solicitors. She commenced as Legal Assistant in 1997 and was a Director of the firm from 1st January 2021 until the acquisition of the firm by Sather Legal in November 2025. Whilst Alison is based at our Wodonga office, her focus is on providing excellent advice and services for Harris Lieberman's existing and new commercial clients in both Victoria and New South Wales.
Her principal area of practice is within the space of commercial property transactions including the acquisition, sale and leasing of rural, commercial and retail properties and businesses. Her experience extends from providing assistance with respect to large multi-tenanted retail shopping centres to multi-layered and complex business transactions.
She is passionate about providing a holistic approach to business transactions by ensuring that considerations are made with respect to risk management, determining objectives and assisting to add benefits and value to clients by listening to their needs and providing solutions with a caring and focused approach. She has extensive experience in assisting with transactions involving superannuation, trusts and complex applications for exemption of duty.
